Inside the house there is a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is an outdoor area with a pergola, with kitchen equipped with an induction hob, microwave, refrigerator and sink, and a small table and an outdoor sofa. From the outdoor area it is possible to enjoy a wonderful panorama with sea view. Behind there is a solarium area reserved for guests where there are two sun loungers and an umbrella.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).
Moreover, there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.
