At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).
It will not be possible to accommodate guests without identity card or passport.
Moreover, for Apartments and Villas located in the Municipalities of Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Conversano, Martina Franca, Monopoli, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare, at Check-In time, guests will pay the tourist tax by cash.
