Dimora Melograno is a detached house with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a toilet and a large balcony, located in the city-center of Polignano a Mare. The house is about 500 meters from the downtown overlooking the sea and 750 meters from the famous Lama Monachile beach. The accommodation is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi and it can accommodate up to 7 people.
Dimora Melograno is accessed via a staircase that leads to the corridor on the first floor, where there are 3 bedrooms, one double bedroom, another double bedroom with balcony and a single bedroom. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning. There is also a toilet. A staircase leads to the second floor where there is a large living room with double sofa bed, aircon and dining table with chairs, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen equipped with fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave and electric oven. The living room leads to a large balcony where there are outdoor table and chairs. From the balcony you enter a small room where there is the washing machine.
Dimora Melograno is about 500 m from the downtown of Polignano a Mare and about 750 m from the famous beach of Lama Monachile. Bari Airport is 52 km away and Brindisi Airport is 77 km away. The house is about 8 km from Monopoli, 17 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 28 km from Alberobello, 32 km from Locorotondo, 38 km from Cisternino, 39 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 75 km from Matera and 116 km from Lecce. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).
At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a mandate with deputation.
