Catarì is a house located on the first and second floor of a historic building in tuff stone. A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a living room equipped with a French sofa bed. On the same floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the second floor, where there is a kitchen with induction hobs, electric oven, sink, fridge, dishwasher and table with wooden chairs. There is also another bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a terrace with outdoor table and chairs.
Catarì is far around 200 m from the central square of Polignano a Mare, 400 m from its wonderful old town and 450 m from the famous city beach of Lama Monachile. It is far 51 km from Bari Airport and 77 km from Brindisi Airport. The house is about 8 km from Monopoli, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 28 km from Alberobello, 32 km from Locorotondo, 36 km from Cisternino, 40 km from Martina Franca, 45 km from Ostuni, 77 km from Matera and 116 km from Lecce. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).
At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a mandate with deputation.
