Balconcino sul Mare is a semi-detached villa with a balcony overlooking the sea, in front of the Cala Ponte Marina yacht club in Polignano a Mare. The accommodation is about 1200 m (15 minutes walk) from the city-center of Polignano a Mare, 350 m from the nearby beach of "Ponte dei Lapilli" and 800 m from the one of "Porto Cavallo". The villa has veranda, barbecue, private parking, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Perfect for couples, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
The villa consists of a living room with dining table, double sofa bed and fridge, a kitchen with sink, electric oven, 4 gas burners, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea, with table and chairs . Outside there is a large veranda with table and chairs, deck chairs, a private car park (very suitable for those with a car) and a pergola with a barbecue area.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).
At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 6 days.
Check-in from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)
