Appartamento Tuli is a newly built studio flat on the mezzanine floor located in the center of Polignano a Mare. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a mandate with deputation.
