Villa Bellocchio is a wonderful stone villa surrounded by olive trees, with a little fenced garden and above ground swimming pool in the beautiful countryside of Monopoli. The house can comfortably accommodate 4 people and is perfect for families. It is equipped with Wi-Fi and washing machine, and there is the air conditioning in the living room. The accomodation is far 850 m from the famous bakery & grocery store "Il Boss", famous for its focaccia (super recommended Apulian kind of pizza). Moreover, there is free delivery of pizza and mini-market products in the area. The closest beaches are far about 10 Km.
Villa Bellocchio consists of an entrance veranda with sitting area, a living room-kitchen equipped with air conditioned, gas hob, refrigerator, dining table and sofa, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be set up with a double bed as in the pics) and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is a stone square with outdoor table and chairs, umbrella, a garden with lawn and olive trees, and an above-ground swimming pool.
Easily reachable by car, Villa Bellocchio is far 66 km from the Bari Airport, 75 km from the Brindisi Airport. The closest beaches are the ones in the South of Monopoli about 10 km and the ones of Capitolo (hamlet of Monopoli) at 14 Km. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).
Moreover, there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.
