Dimore Sallustio: Piccola Casa

Dimore Sallustio are 2 independent houses, located in the heart of the downtown of Monopoli, about 50m from the beautiful city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia. Piccola Casa is the accommodation on the ground floor and consists of a small hall with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The house is suitable for couples and single travelers. Piccola Casa is a traditional ground floor house in the historic center of Monopoli. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with a kitchen equipped with a sink, 2-burner induction plates, microwave oven, fridge and a small table. There is also a door, normally closed, which allows the Piccola Casa to communicate with the other accommodation of Dimore Sallustio. There is also a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with air conditioning.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).
Moreover, there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.
This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a mandate with deputation.
