Al Castello di AMEC are three independent apartments recently renovated, created in an ancient tuff fisherman's house. The accommodations were once at the service of the city walls of Monopoli and therefore enjoy a very central position, in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli. The property is located in front of the sea and the Carlo V Castle, about 500 meters from the nearest beach.
Apt Chiara is a mezzanine floor apartment arranged on one level. The entrance to the apartment is located on Largo Castello, in the heart of Monopoli historic center and few steps away from the famous ancient port. The area is characterized by an intense flow of people due to the beauty of this glimpse. Furthermore, there is direct a access to the cliff via a staircase 150mt by foot, to enjoy the sea without having to reach the city beach. Apt Chiara is equipped with air conditioning and fiber WiFi and can accommodate up to three people, it is the ideal solution for those looking for a stay in the heart of Monopoli.
The house is accessed via a few stone steps which lead to a small kitchen/living room equipped with induction hob, sink, fridge, oven, kettle and table with chairs. There is also a single sofa bed.
A small corridor leads to the bedroom with a french bed (140X190) and to the bathroom with shower.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).
Moreover, there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.
