Trulli Brillina

Trulli Brillina is a lovely trulli villa, renovated and furnished preserving the authenticity of the place. The villa is located in the beautiful countryside of Valle d’Itria among Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello. It has a small swimming pool (3.5m x 2.5m and h 1.5m) for the exclusive use of guests, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. The accomodation is perfect for couples or small families and can accommodate up to 4 people, it is ideal for those looking for relaxation and tranquility.
The house consists of seven finely restored trulli cones. It is equipped with kitchen with 4 gas burners, sink, fridge, oven and table with chairs. There is also a living room with a French sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Inside an alcove there is a French double bed. Outside the villa there are a large stone square, a pergola with outdoor table and chairs, a fitness bench, a large walnut tree with hammock, a small swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (3.5m x 2.5m and 1.5m h) and a solarium area with 2 sun loungers.
Trulli Brillina is located in the center of Valle d’Itria, and it is perfect for discovering the beautiful cities around. The villa is in fact 5 km from Locorotondo, 6 km from Martina Franca, 9 km from Alberobello and 14 km from Cisternino. It is possible to reach Bari airport at 79 km and Brindisi airport at 68 km. The nearest sea is about 30 minutes by car, in Torre Canne at 25 km and Rosa Marina at 30 km. Among the most beautiful destinations in the area, we also recommend the caves of Castellana Grotte at 26 km, Ostuni at 29 km, Monopoli at 30 km, Polignano a Mare at 37 km, Matera at 73 km, and Lecce at 107 km.
The pool is open until November the 4th.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Martina Franca, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 13, for the first 5 days.
