Villa Lidia

Villa Lidia is a spacious independent villa with private pool, located in the countryside between Castellana Grotte and Polignano a Mare. The accommodation has a large outdoor space with patio, solarium area, parking area and garden.
Villa Lidia has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 kitchens located in 3 independent housing units. The villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people, it is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi and it is perfect for reaching the main touristic locations of the Itria Valley and the sea of Polignano and Monopoli in a few minutes by car but also for enjoying moments of total relaxation without the need to move from the villa.

The entrance driveway leads to the large outdoor space, where you can easily park more than one car. There is a covered patio, equipped with outdoor tables and chairs, the characteristic wood-burning oven and the large garden that surrounds the entire property.
The main building of the villa opens onto the first apartment, equipped with a comfortable covered veranda with table and chairs. Getting inside we find the kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, sink and table with chairs. In the sleeping area there is a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is also an annex equipped with a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Moving along the perimeter of the building you will find an entrance door that leads to the second apartment consisting of a kitchen with an induction hob, oven, sink, fridge and table with chairs. In the sleeping area we find two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom of this second unit is equipped with a shower and washing machine.
The outdoor area of the villa opens onto a large garden, with olive trees and lots of greenery, where the private swimming pool (8x5 m, hmax 1.4 m) equipped with hydromassage and water fountain is located. It has an outdoor gazebo, solarium area and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower and a toilet.
Villa Lidia has a large covered veranda, equipped with outdoor tables and chairs, a characteristic wood-burning oven and a barbecue. A small trullo also features a kitchenette with induction hob, fridge and table with chairs, ideal for togetherness, so you don't have to move around the apartments.

Villa Lida is far 63 Km from the Bari Airport, 84 Km from the Brindisi Airport. The nearest sea is that of Polignano a Mare about 16 km far, where there are sandy free beaches and equipped lidos in Capitolo (sea hamlet of Monopoli) at about 22 km. Among the most beautiful destinations in the area, it is possible to reach the caves of Castellana Grotte at 4 Km, Polignano a Mare at 13 Km, Monopoli at 16 Km, Alberobello at 17 Km, Locorotondo at 26 Km, Martina Franca at 32 Km, Cisternino at 34 Km, Ostuni at 55 Km, Matera at 70 Km and Lecce at 122 Km. While for nature lovers we strongly recommend the Natural Park and the gorgeous white beach of Torre Guaceto at 67 Km. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Castellana Grotte, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12, for the first 5 days. This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a mandate with deputation.
