La Casa sul Ponte

Casa sul Ponte is an apartment with a small private outdoor area, located in the heart of Polignano a Mare. The house owes its name to the adjacent Lama Monachile bridge, from which you can enjoy a splendid breathtaking view of the historic center overlooking the sea. The house includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is equipped with air conditioned and Wi-Fi, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Access to the apartment is through an external staircase, at the entrance there is a small outdoor area with outdoor table and chairs reserved for guests. The house consists of a living room with sofa and table with chairs, a kitchen with 4 gas burners, refrigerator, oven and table with chairs. The apartment has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a small laundry room with washing machine, a bedroom with single beds that can become a double bed if needed and another bathroom with shower. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the two bedrooms.
Casa sul Ponte is located in a very central position, a few meters from the oldtown overlooking the sea of Polignano a Mare and from the famous beach of Lama Monachile. It is far 50 km from Bari Airport and 78 km from Brindisi Airport. The house is about 8 km from Monopoli, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 29 km from Alberobello, 36 km from Locorotondo, 39 km from Cisternino, 43 km from Martina Franca, 46 km from Ostuni, 77 km from Matera and 116 km from Lecce. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).
At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a mandate with deputation.
