Dimora del Ferroviere is a two-level house located in a very central position, in the heart of the historic center of Polignano a Mare. The accommodation has a beautiful private terrace and a small balcony overlooking Via Roma, the most important and popular street in the historic centre.
Dimora del Ferroviere has two bedrooms and three bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people and it is equipped with A/C in each room and Wi-Fi.

Dimora del Ferroviere is accessed from a small side street off Via Roma, the most popular street in the historic center of Polignano a Mare.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a living room with kitchen, equipped with 4 gas burners, oven, microwave, sink, fridge and table with chairs. There is also a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a small balcony overlooking Via Roma, where there are a table and two outdoor chairs. A small corridor leads to the first double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
There is also a second flight of stairs leading to the second floor. On the right we find a second double bedroom with bathroom with shower and on the left the access to the private terrace equipped with shade sail, outdoor table and chairs and sunlongers.

Dimora del Ferroviere is about 500 m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 300 m from the famous beach of Lama Monachile,. Bari Airport is 51 km away and Brindisi Airport is 79 km away. The house is about 11 km from Monopoli, 16 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 30 km from Alberobello, 35 km from Locorotondo, 42 km from Cisternino, 43 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 99 km from Matera and 118 km from Lecce. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
This guesthouse is managed by WePuglia Srl with a mandate with deputation.
